An expert in industrial project management, Menachem Gilad has been immersed for 25 years in design and management in industrial automation and robotics. As a young mechanical engineer, he co founded G.B.I.M Automation Systems Industry in 1978, serving until 2001 as COO and Managing Director. The company’s leadership position is exemplified in its receiving the Kaplan Award in 1984 and 1994, Israel’s most important award for improving industrial productivity and efficiency. As a manager and consultant, Mr. Gilad has executed more then 500 projects, serving a wide range of industries in Israel and abroad in such industries as appliances, electrical and electronics, medical, products, automotive, military etc.

Mr. Lang, who holds more than 10 U.S. and European patents for his work in electrochemical printing techniques, began his career at ECR, where he initiated the thin capacitor concept leading to a new form of supercapacitor. He also was involved in the initial development stages of the RHISS battery, and pushed the development of new anodes to boost the energy density of the cells. Mr. Lang has a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an M.Sc. in Electrochemistry from Tel-Aviv University.

Has twelve years of experience in representing, distributing, marketing, sales and business development of semiconductor IC’s. As well ten years of experience in electronics R&D. Served as Active Components Manager of Migvan Tech & Eng. A Disti-Rep organization. Among his duties Mr. Mintz was in charge of engineers and internal sales force. Sales and tech support for different IC's such as: Risc/MIPS Processors, Controllers, DSP’s, CsOC, Bridges, Graphic Processors / Video Accelerators, DVI, Ethernet, Memories, RF & Cellular & Software. Obtained B.A. in Computer Science from City University of NY and holds Practical Engineering Diploma in Electronics from Tel Aviv University. Accomplished studies towards Certificate from New York University in Data Communications.

Mr. Alon is responsible for Cellergy's research, product & process development. He has more than 23 years experience in R&D and project management. He joined Cellergy after eight years as section head in Process R&D at Tower semiconductor - a pure-play independent specialty wafer foundry, and more than 15 years at Eureka Technologies – a design & development company, were he worked as project manager and development engineer in a large variety of projects. Mr. Alon obtained B.Sc. in Chemical engineering and M.Sc. in Materials engineering at the Technion – Israel institute of technology..
